Stichting Amsterdamse Gezondheidscentra (SAG) zoekt:

Verpleegkundig Specialist / Physician Assistant

  • 28 - 32 uur per week

Het is superleuk om als VS of PA bij SAG te werken: 20 minuten per patiënt en altijd een arts op wie je terug kunt vallen als je vragen hebt! Je houdt zelfstandig spreekuur en verricht alle diagnostische en therapeutische handelingen binnen de huisartszorg. Samen met je teamgenoten draag je bij aan goede praktijkvoering, kwaliteit van zorg en tevredenheid van patiënten.

Er zijn meerdere SAG-gezondheidscentra waar je aan de slag kunt.

Wil jij:

  • Een leuke werkplek binnen een multidisciplinair team?
  • Fijne deskundige collega’s die jou met raad en daad terzijde staan?
  • Een plek waar je kennis, visie en ervaring kunt delen? En: Waar zaken goed geregeld zijn? Denk aan: administratie, ICT, HRM, schoonmaak, verzekeringen e.d.;

  • Meedenken over SAG-brede thema’s als: Jeugd, GGZ, Ouderen, e-Health en Positieve Gezondheid?
  • Je werktijden kunnen afstemmen op je wensen?
  • Graag een vertrouwd gezicht worden voor patiënten?

Wij vragen:

  • Je bent gediplomeerd Verpleegkundig Specialist of Physician Assistant;
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in een huisartsenpraktijk of gezondheidscentrum;
  • Je staat positief tegenover innovaties als bijvoorbeeld begeleiding via e-Health;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar bent ook een teamspeler;
  • Je kunt goed verantwoording dragen en houdt een wakend oog op kwaliteit van de zorgverlening;
  • Een actuele VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) als je bij ons in dienst komt. Wij vergoeden de kosten.

Wij bieden

  • Bruto maandsalaris volgens de CAO Huisartsenzorg, tussen €4.492 en €5.740,- bij een full time dienstverband (38 uur per week);
  • Een dienstverband van één jaar voor 28 tot 32 uur per week met uitzicht op verlenging;
  • Meerkeuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden, pensioen, vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
  • Extra financiering voor deelname aan stuur- of werkgroepen.
