Als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Stanz- und Umformtechnik bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Fertigung. Mit Deinem technischen Know-how sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Werkzeuge präzise gefertigt, gewartet und optimiert werden. Deine Aufgaben - Das erwartet Dich

  • Herstellung, Montage, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Stanz-, Umform- und Folgeverbundwerkzeugen
  • Montage und Demontage von Werkzeugen sowie deren Abstimmung und Optimierung
  • Reparatur, Wartung und Optimierung von Werkzeugen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion zur Optimierung von Werkzeugen und Fertigungsprozessen

Dein Profil - Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker Fachrichtung Stanz- und Umformtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Neubau, Reparatur, Optimierung und Änderung von Werkzeugen
  • Kenntnisse im Drahterodieren, oder CNC-Fräsen sowie der Programmierung mit CAD/CAM sind wünschenswert aber nicht Bedingung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem
