Estamos em busca de um profissional comprometido, comunicativo, analítico e proativo para integrar nossa equipe de Sucesso do Cliente. Você será responsável por acompanhar a gestão de locações de veículos, máquinas e equipamentos, analisar demandas operacionais e contribuir para a eficiência dos processos e a satisfação dos nossos clientes.

Suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar e analisar contratos de locação de veículos, máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Realizar atendimento e manter um relacionamento eficiente com clientes, fornecedores e órgãos públicos;
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar demandas administrativas e operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade das entregas;
  • Monitorar e organizar informações em sistemas e plataformas de gestão;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, propondo soluções para otimização dos processos;
  • Contribuir para a resolução de problemas e para a excelência na experiência do cliente.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas, gestão de contratos e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Conhecimento em Excel intermediário ou avançado;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e ferramentas de controle de demandas;
  • Capacidade de análise técnica, econômica e comparativa de propostas;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, planejamento e proatividade;
  • Habilidade para negociação, resolução de conflitos e trabalho em equipe;
  • Ética profissional;
  • CNH e disponibilidade para viagens.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência com gestão de locações de veículos, máquinas ou equipamentos;
  • Vivência no relacionamento com órgãos públicos e fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento na utilização da plataforma Pipefy;
  • Experiência em mapeamento e otimização de processos;
  • Capacidade de lidar com demandas simultâneas, propor melhorias e atuar de forma estratégica.
