About the Family

We are a warm, active, and welcoming blended family seeking a Family Assistant to become a trusted long-term partner in supporting our home and family life. Both parents work full-time in demanding professional roles, with frequent domestic and international travel throughout the year. We are looking for someone who can naturally take ownership of the home, anticipate needs before they arise, and create calm through organization, thoughtful planning, and exceptional follow-through as a trusted long term partner and extension of our family.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, are equally comfortable supporting day-to-day household operations as you are coordinating larger projects, and approach every task with professionalism, warmth, and discretion. You understand that no task is beneath you when it contributes to creating ease for the family.

You enjoy creating calm, anticipating needs, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. You are resourceful, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy supporting a busy household in both the big picture and the everyday details.

We are looking for someone seeking a long-term home where they can truly make an impact. The right person is calm under pressure, highly dependable, naturally resourceful, and takes pride in creating systems that help a busy family thrive. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
