About Our Family

We are a busy, active family of four with two children and full professional lives. Like many families in this season of life, there are always moving pieces — school, activities, meals, laundry, household projects, appointments, and all the little details that keep a home running.

We appreciate an organized home and thoughtful systems, but we're equally looking for someone who understands that a family home is constantly evolving. Whether it's refreshing an organizational system as the kids grow, preparing for guests, staying ahead of household inventory, tackling a lingering project, or simply noticing that something needs to be handled before we're asked, we want someone who enjoys making a home function better.

What we're really looking for is someone who can become an essential part of our household support system and help us stay ahead of those details. Our goal is to spend less of our evenings and weekends catching up on household tasks and more of that time being present together as a family.

Life moves quickly for us, and a calm, capable, proactive presence would make a meaningful difference in our family. We value reliability, attention to detail, good judgment, and someone who takes genuine pride in their work. We're excited to find someone who can settle into our household, learn how we operate, and become a trusted, long-term part of our family's rhythm.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're a proactive, highly organized self-starter who naturally notices what needs to happen and takes ownership of getting it done. You're comfortable working independently, prioritizing competing needs, and finding solutions without requiring frequent direction, while communicating clearly and knowing when it's important to check in.

You understand that great household support is about more than completing a task list. You enjoy creating systems, anticipating needs, managing the details, and finding ways to make everyday family life run more smoothly. Whether you're staying ahead of household supplies, coordinating a vendor, tackling an organizational project, or helping prepare for a busy week, you take pride in thoughtful follow-through.

Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term role where you can truly learn a household, become a trusted part of its rhythm, and see the impact of your work over time. You're dependable, resourceful, and adaptable, with a genuine sense of ownership in the home you support.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
