About Our Family:

We are a busy family with two kids, a 9-year-old and a 6-year-old, both of whom are active in piano, dance, and other activities. They currently attend different schools but will be together at the same school starting next year. Our lifestyle is fast-paced, with both kids involved in various activities, and we strive to create more quality time for fun and connection. We are looking for someone who can help us make our home run smoothly while also focusing on providing healthier meals for the family. Our home requires consistent maintenance, especially being close to the ocean, and we take pride in keeping it clean and organized. Mom is actively involved in her kids' school, helping in the classroom each month. We value efficiency and want someone who can help us enjoy more time together as a family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and reliable individual who has strong communication skills and a project management mindset. You should be able to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently, with an eye for detail. This person will be self-directed, warm, and friendly, with a strong ability to anticipate needs without constant direction. You will thrive in a dynamic environment that values flexibility and adaptability, where you'll take on childcare responsibilities, manage school pick-ups and drop-offs, piano lessons, and provide backup care whenever needed. Additionally, you will help prep backpacks, clothing, or snacks for school. Experience with household management and maintenance is essential, and a background in safety and working with children is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management & Organization

  • Maintain organization systems throughout the home (closets, pantry, toys, etc.)
  • Reset and tidy rooms daily, ensuring the home is ready for cleaning services
  • Oversee household schedules and calendars, managing appointments and reminders
  • Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding)
  • Prepare and coordinate donation drop offs and pick ups
  • Support packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions
  • Supervise or coordinate with service providers and vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners)
  • Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areas

Inventory Management & Errands

  • Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
  • Create and manage household supply lists (Amazon, Costco, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage household orders
  • Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping
  • Handle package pickup, mail sorting, and deliveries

Meal Support

  • Plan and prep healthy meals/snacks (3-4x per week) option to batch cook
  • Pack school lunches (peanut-free)
  • Shop for groceries and meal-related items
  • Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness

Laundry & Linen Care

  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (clothing, bedding, towels)
  • Organize and drop off dry cleaning
  • Manage linens, rotating bedding, refreshing towels, and restocking essentials
  • Keep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies

Vehicle Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of family vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use, especially for driving high-profile clients
  • Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized

Vendor & Property Oversight

  • Schedule and supervise service providers (cleaners, contractors, landscapers)
  • Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes
  • Manage routine upkeep across property
  • Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs
  • Serve as primary contact for vendors or guests

Family Support & Child Assistance

  • Drive children to piano lessons and other activities, providing occasional backup childcare as needed
  • Assist with school/activity pick-ups or drop-offs
  • Prep backpacks, clothing, or snacks for school
  • Help with child-related laundry or errands

Deep Cleaning & Special Projects

  • Maintain and refresh specific zones (entryways, garage, mudroom)
  • Clean humidifiers, washing machines, and air purifiers monthly
  • Organize special projects: toy storage, seasonal decorations, gear rotation

Administrative & Personal Assistant Support

  • Help with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics
  • Manage family calendars and reminders
  • Handle basic budgeting or receipt tracking

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
