About Our Family

We’re a vibrant family with five young children under 10. Our home is filled with love, creativity, laughter, and plenty of energy. The days are often busy, sometimes messy, and always meaningful. We spend a lot of time at home, embracing the beautiful chaos of this season of life and creating a space where our children can feel deeply connected, supported, and free to be themselves.

As a family, we believe that safety comes through connection. We make space for big feelings, honest conversations, self-expression, and being fully human. Presence matters deeply to us. We value authenticity, emotional awareness, and the understanding that relationships are at the heart of a thriving home. This role is deeply personal because welcoming someone into our household means welcoming them into the rhythm and heart of our family life.

One parent has spent the past several years managing the household full-time while raising five young children and is now stepping into a season focused on thriving rather than simply surviving. The other parent works with a flexible schedule, and both parents are frequently in and out of the home throughout the week. As our family grows and evolves, we are intentionally building a village of trusted support around us.

We're not simply looking for someone to complete tasks. We're looking for someone who can become a meaningful part of our family's support system: someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative, and helps create more ease, calm, and capacity within our home. We value people who bring their own strengths and personality to the role while understanding and supporting the goals of the household.

Food is central to our family culture, and we love preparing nourishing meals from scratch using whole ingredients. While practical support with meal prep, laundry systems, dishes, organization, errands, and daily household resets is incredibly valuable, what matters most is the energy someone brings into our home. We are looking for a grounded, warm, emotionally intelligent person who values connection, communicates openly, and finds fulfillment in creating calm within the beautiful rhythm of family life.

If you're someone who believes that meaningful work happens through relationships, who values presence as much as productivity, and who wants to help a family move from simply managing the day-to-day to truly flourishing, we'd love to meet you.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are someone who truly gets it. You understand that supporting a family isn't just about checking boxes or completing tasks. It's about paying attention, noticing what needs care, and helping create an environment where everyone can thrive. You are present, connected, and aware. You don't simply go through the motions—you take pride in understanding the bigger picture and contributing to the overall well-being of the home.

You bring a warm, grounded presence and a natural sense of intuition. You notice the laundry that needs folding before being asked. You realize the fridge needs restocking before someone mentions it. You see opportunities to make life easier and step into them with confidence and care. You are the kind of person who can walk into a room, feel the energy, and know where your support is needed most.

At the same time, you're highly organized and dependable. You have a project-manager mindset and genuinely enjoy creating order from complexity. You can juggle multiple moving pieces, keep track of details, and follow responsibilities through from beginning to end without needing constant oversight. When you take ownership of something, it gets done thoroughly and thoughtfully.

You're creative, resourceful, and bring your own ideas to the table. You aren't looking to simply follow instructions all day. Instead, you enjoy partnering with a family, offering solutions, improving systems, and helping things flow more smoothly while staying aligned with the family's values and goals. You understand the balance between taking initiative and respecting the unique rhythm of a home.

Trust is incredibly important in this role, and you naturally create it through consistency, authenticity, and genuine connection. You are emotionally intelligent, professional, and comfortable navigating the vulnerable nature of working closely within a family's personal space. You understand that true safety comes through relationships, reliability, and showing up with care.

You are equally comfortable organizing a pantry, prepping nourishing meals, managing household projects, or helping a little one work through a big feeling. You genuinely enjoy being around children and understand that flexibility is part of supporting a busy household. You can shift gears when needed without becoming overwhelmed and maintain a calm, steady presence throughout the day.

You value quality food, take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and find satisfaction in the behind-the-scenes work that helps a household run well. Most importantly, you're looking for more than a job. You're looking to become a trusted part of a family's village, building meaningful relationships and leaving a lasting positive imprint on the lives of the people you support.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
