About Our Family

We are a lively and dynamic family seeking a partner to help us create an organized, smooth-running home. With a busy lifestyle, balancing work, family activities, and personal time, we’re looking for someone who can truly make a difference in our day-to-day lives.

Our home is all about balance—between fun and productivity, flexibility and routine. We're not just looking for someone to check off tasks on a to-do list; we want a team member who can bring their own energy, warmth, and attention to detail. If you love creating order from chaos, managing household systems, and taking on challenges with a proactive attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact.

We value a long-term partnership and hope to find someone who will not only help keep things organized but who can also grow with us as our needs evolve. If you’re someone who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to contribute to a household where your efforts are truly appreciated, we’d love to meet you!

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who thrives in an organized, yet flexible environment. You have a warm, approachable personality and the ability to easily communicate with everyone in the household—whether that’s coordinating with us about schedules or making the kids feel comfortable while you help with their daily routines. You don’t need to be micromanaged; you naturally spot what needs to be done and take care of it without being told. Whether it’s tidying, meal prep, laundry, or supporting us with our kids, you’re proactive and always one step ahead.

We’re looking for someone who will not only support us with the day-to-day tasks but who can also bring their own sense of order and calm to our household. You’re trustworthy, reliable, and take pride in your work. You’re a true partner in maintaining the flow of the home, and you’re committed to providing the best care and support for our family. You’re also easy to talk to and can form a strong, friendly rapport with us (and especially our kids!), making the time we spend together enjoyable and productive. If you’re someone who can juggle responsibilities, think on your feet, and make a home feel warm and welcoming, we’d love to meet you!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
