About Our Family

We are a warm, welcoming, and deeply connected family with four children spanning a wide range of ages, from elementary school through young adulthood. Our home is active, dynamic, and full of personality, and we're looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to become a meaningful and trusted part of our family's day-to-day life.

At the heart of our home is a strong sense of connection. Shared meals, thoughtful routines, and showing up for one another matter deeply to us. We're seeking more than someone who can simply manage household tasks—we're looking for a trusted partner who genuinely enjoys supporting families and takes pride in creating an environment that feels organized, welcoming, and cared for.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and naturally service-minded. You are someone who notices what needs to be done before being asked, enjoys creating order amidst a busy schedule, and finds fulfillment in helping a family thrive.

This role requires strong operational skills, but equally important is a desire to become invested in the success and well-being of the household. The right person will bring warmth, discretion, flexibility, and a steady presence while helping ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently each day.

Above all, our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can make a meaningful impact, become invested in a family's success, and grow alongside them for years to come.

Who You Are/What We're Looking For

  • Passionate, Exceptional Family Cook: A true home cook who understands that the kitchen is the heart of the home and that meals are an important way families connect. Enjoys planning and preparing nourishing, protein-forward meals 5x/week, managing groceries and pantry needs, and creating a welcoming family dinner routine. Excited to involve children and teenagers in cooking, using the kitchen as an opportunity to build connection.
  • Warm, Engaging Presence with Children & Teens: Naturally builds trust and rapport with children of all ages, especially teenagers, by taking a genuine interest in their lives, personalities, friendships, interests, and busy schedules. Knows how to be a supportive presence who is involved and approachable without being intrusive.
  • Highly Organized Household Operator: Brings structure, efficiency, and calm to a busy household by managing complex calendars, coordinating overlapping activities, identifying scheduling bottlenecks, and ensuring the details of daily life run smoothly. Comfortable managing vendors and household systems with confidence and follow-through.
  • Proactive & Resourceful Problem Solver: Anticipates needs before they arise, takes ownership without requiring constant direction, and finds creative solutions to keep the household moving forward in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented: Comfortable using technology to streamline household operations, including calendars, scheduling tools, and AI resources as needed to support meal planning, organization, communication, and weekly household preparation.
  • Medically Comfortable & Calm Under Pressure: Fully at ease in a medically complex environment, including supporting a child with serious illness, administering basic medications, recognizing when escalation is needed, and transporting a child to medical care when required.
  • Highly Discreet & Trustworthy: Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism within a private family environment and maintains the highest level of discretion.
  • Flexible, Adaptable & Independent: Comfortable with shifting priorities, occasional overnights, Saturdays, and managing the household during periods of increased medical need or family travel.
  • Strong Communicator & Team Coordinator: Communicates clearly and thoughtfully with family members, children, and household helpers; provides direction when needed; and ensures everyone stays aligned while maintaining a warm, collaborative tone.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
