About Our Family

We are a family of four with two daughters (11 and 13) and a 3 year old English bulldog. We own multiple businesses and manage them both onsite and from our home office. The businesses require our full-time attention during business hours and we are looking for someone to help manage the systems of our home so that we can have more energy and time to spend elsewhere.

We value efficiency, independence, and proactive problem-solving. Our home runs on the busier side, especially during the school year when both girls attend different schools and participate in activities. We are looking for someone who can step in, assess what needs to be done, and take ownership without constant direction. We appreciate respectful, polite professionals who can work independently, communicate clearly when needed, and respect professional boundaries in the home.

Our goal is to find someone who is well-organized that can smoothly run our household, implement systems, and handle errands so we can focus on our family and business knowing the details are managed.

Who You Are

You are an experienced household professional who works with purpose, efficiency, and strong judgment. You quickly assess what needs attention, establish priorities, and make meaningful progress without requiring step-by-step direction. You understand the difference between staying busy and truly moving a household forward.

You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with excellent follow-through. When you begin something, you see it through thoughtfully and leave the home more functional than you found it. You anticipate recurring and seasonal needs, maintain the systems you create, and take ownership when an unexpected issue arises.

You are comfortable working independently while the homeowners focus on their businesses from a home office. You communicate clearly and concisely, respect professional boundaries, and know when to make a decision versus when to ask for input. Above all, you are dependable, resourceful, and genuinely motivated by making life easier for the family.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
