- Selbstständige Führung und Organisation von Baustellen im Strassen- und Tiefbau

- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der täglichen Bauabläufe

- Führung und Anleitung von Vorarbeitern, Strassenbauern und Baustellenpersonal

- Organisation und Überwachung von Belags-, Asphaltierungs- und Strassenbauarbeiten

- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ einwandfreien Bauausführung

- Einteilen und Koordinieren von Personal, Maschinen und Baumaterialien

- Überwachung des maschinellen und manuellen Belagseinbaus

- Organisation und Ausführung von Strassenneubauten, Sanierungen und Unterhaltsarbeiten

- Überwachung von Aushub-, Planier-, Fundations- und Verdichtungsarbeiten

- Koordination von Pflästerungsarbeiten und dem Versetzen von Randabschlüssen

- Überwachung von Kanalisations-, Entwässerungs- und Werkleitungsarbeiten

- Lesen und Umsetzen von Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen

- Durchführen von Vermessungs-, Absteckungs- und Nivellierarbeiten

- Erstellen von Tagesrapporten, Ausmassen und Materialbestellungen

- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Bauführern, Bauleitern und Subunternehmern

- Überwachung des Baufortschritts sowie der Einhaltung von Terminplänen

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorschriften

- Kontrolle und Abnahme der ausgeführten Bauarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Strassenbauer EFZ oder vergleichbare bautechnische Grundausbildung

- Weiterbildung zum Strassenbau-Polier mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis von Vorteil

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Strassenbau, idealerweise in einer Führungsfunktion

- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Strassen-, Tief- und Belagsbau

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Organisation und Führung von Baustellen von Vorteil

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im maschinellen und manuellen Asphalt- und Belagseinbau

- Erfahrung im Erstellen von Fundationen, Randabschlüssen und Entwässerungsanlagen

- Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Baumaschinen und Baugeräten

- Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen und Umsetzen von Bauplänen

- Erfahrung in Vermessungs-, Absteckungs- und Nivellierarbeiten

- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Tagesrapporten, Ausmassen und Materialbestellungen

- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

- Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Führung des Baustellenpersonals und die Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten erforderlich

- Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil

- Eigenes Auto nicht erforderlich

- Körperlich belastbar, zuverlässig und wetterfest

- Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

- Teamfähige, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
