Sahilkom est l’application mobile aux Comores pour commander transport (VTC, taxi, covoiturage), livraison (repas, courses, médicaments) et tourisme (hébergement, excursion et événementiel/billetterie en ligne). Nous entrons dans une phase de croissance et de déploiement terrain nécessitant une forte présence de proximité auprès des partenaires professionnels et des utilisateurs.

Missions principales

Sous la supervision de la Responsable Communication & Marketing et du Gérant, vous aurez pour missions :

1. Prospection & recrutement de partenaires

Identifier, rencontrer et inscrire sur Sahilkom des professionnels tels que :

  • Chauffeurs ( taxi, VTC, covoiturage)
  • Restaurants, snacks, café
  • Pharmacies
  • Maisons et chambre d’hôtes, villas
  • Agence événementiel, Salle, Label
  • Acteurs du tourisme (activités, excursions), guide touristique, agence touristique

2. Prospection & recrutement de clients

  • Promouvoir l’application auprès du grand public
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs à s’inscrire et utiliser l’application
  • Effectuer des démonstrations simples des fonctionnalités

3. Promotion de Sahilkom sur le terrain

  • Présenter les services de manière professionnelle
  • Assurer une excellente image de l’entreprise
  • Faire remonter les informations, besoins, difficultés et retours terrain

Rémunération

Commission exclusivement

  • 50% du premier revenu généré par chaque partenaire que vous inscrivez (ex : abonnement, première commission de course ou livraison).
  • 50% de la première commission générée par les clients que vous recrutez.

Plus vous recrutez, plus vous gagnez. Poste idéal pour personnes motivées, en reconversion, étudiants, micro-entrepreneurs, ou profils cherchant des revenus complémentaires.

Organisation du travail

  • Interventions terrain selon vos disponibilités avec un minimum d’heures d'engagement par semaine

  • Suivi et accompagnement par notre Business Developer Senior
