  • Perform requirements analysis, functional decomposition, and interface definition for complex hardware/software systems operating in real-time, safety-critical environments.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) for multi-subsystem architectures involving embedded computing, networking, and physical I/O.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure system components integrate seamlessly into the larger architecture.
  • Conduct trade studies and feasibility assessments to evaluate design alternatives ( including hardware selection, network topology, and data distribution approaches) and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Support verification and validation (V&V) planning and execution, including the development of test procedures, test reports, and acceptance criteria for hardware and software components.
  • Participate in system-level design reviews and verification/validation activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems as well as cybersecurity to ensure proper integration and performance of distributed system architectures.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project and system risks, including mitigation planning and risk reporting throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Provide technical insight to support troubleshooting and resolution of issues during development, production, and fielding phases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the review and refinement of technical documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Monitor program schedules and provide regular updates on technical progress to leadership and program managers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
