  • Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kunden aus Handwerk, Großhandel und Planung telefonisch
  • Du stellst unser Unternehmen und unsere Produkte kurz und überzeugend vor
  • Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Termine für unseren Außendienst
  • Du identifizierst Ansprechpartner und findest heraus, ob grundsätzlich Interesse an unseren Lösungen besteht
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundendaten in unserem System
  • Du dokumentierst deine Gespräche und vereinbarten Termine zuverlässig
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit unserem Außendienst und dem Vertriebsteam ab
  • Du hilfst dabei, neue Kundenkontakte und Vertriebspotenziale zu erschließen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast Freude am Telefonieren und am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Du trittst freundlich, selbstbewusst und verbindlich auf
  • Du kannst Menschen begeistern und hast keine Scheu davor, aktiv auf Kunden zuzugehen
  • Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, bist aber gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer
  • Erste Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb, Telemarketing, Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst ist von Vorteil
  • Ein kaufmännischer Hintergrund ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten und der SHK-Branche ist von Vorteil – das notwendige Wissen vermitteln wir dir
