Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Suporte em TI – Nível Pleno para enfrentar desafios técnicos complexos, garantindo eficiência, segurança e alta qualidade no suporte a sistemas e à infraestrutura corporativa. Procuramos profissionais com perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de transformar problemas em soluções práticas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Executar análises para o desenvolvimento, implantação e suporte a sistemas de informação e soluções tecnológicas, incluindo arquitetura cliente/servidor e sistemas integrados.
  • Treinar usuários, preparar conteúdos didáticos, configurar ambientes de treinamento e ministrar capacitações técnicas.
  • Pesquisar padrões e ferramentas de mercado, identificar fornecedores, solicitar demonstrações, avaliar novas tecnologias e construir plataformas de testes.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • CNH categoria B, habilidade para dirigir e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
  • Residir em São José dos Campos ou região.
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em TI, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada na criação de documentação técnica e atuação sólida em suporte a sistemas e hardware.
  • Diferenciais desejáveis
  • Inglês intermediário.
  • Certificações técnicas: ITIL, LPI-1, MCP, MCSA, entre outras compatíveis.
