  • Develop business cases and product proposals for new and evolving programs.
  • Understand learner pathways and career outcomes to ensure programs align with industry demand.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise within assigned portfolio areas.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis.
  • Gather and interpret customer, learner, and employer feedback.
  • Monitor emerging trends, labor market needs, and future workforce requirements.
  • Use data and insights to inform product decisions and strategic investments.
  • Lead the development, refinement, and lifecycle management of learning products.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, instructional resources, learning platforms, and operational partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and revised programs.
  • Establish pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Support program growth through strong market alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor key product metrics, including enrollment, revenue, profitability, learner satisfaction, and program outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data and make recommendations for enhancements and future investments.
  • Ensure products achieve business and learner success objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, employers, funding agencies, suppliers, and community partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration with Academic Schools, Applied Research, Youth Programming, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Lead industry engagement activities such as advisory groups, roundtables, and co-creation sessions.
  • Serve as the primary advocate and source of truth for the portfolio, ensuring stakeholders are aligned with the product vision and strategy.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to program quality, operations, staffing, compliance, customer experience, and market viability.
  • Proactively address challenges that may impact product success.

What you bring

  • Minimum three years of experience in product management, program management, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience within healthcare, health regulation, life sciences, or a science-based discipline is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products, services, programs, or business initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of workforce trends, emerging markets, and the future of work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
