Key Skills: · Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MSpower point, Sharepoint.

· Experience in Software Development Cycle andJ IRA

· Good data analysis skills

· Generative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, AI Assistants)

· Prompt Engineering and AI Use Case Design

· Data Analysis and Visualization (Excel, PowerBI, SQL)

· Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate, Workflow Solutions)

AIGovernance, Model Risk Management, and Responsible AI Principles.

Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives, ensuring timely execution with in approved scope, budget, and timeline.

· Drive pre-approval activities, including business case development, funding proposals, project sizing, resource planning, and governance approvals.

· Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP development, vendor evaluations, due diligence, commercial assessments, and approval processes where required.

· Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources.

· Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor teams.

· Ensure compliance with the Bank's project governance, SDM, architecture, security, risk, procurement, and delivery processes.

· Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, management reporting, and executive updates.

· Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and adoption tracking.

Key Requirements: · 15+ years of experienceleading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking orfinancial services industry.

· Strong experience inproject initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement,vendor management, and delivery governance.

· Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.

· Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.

Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
