1、2025届本科及以上应届毕业生，机械设计、自动化类专业； 2、具备扎实的机械设计、材料力学、工程制图等专业知识，熟悉结构设计的基本原理和方法； 3、具有良好的语言表达、沟通、组织和协调能力； 4、热爱专研技术，性格沉稳，关注新产品方向； 5、英语CET-4及以上，口语优秀者优先。
