1、把握产品的系统架构及优化方向，分析处理产品研发过程的系统相关问题，带领相关工程团队解决研发技术难题，持续改进优化系统； 2、负责行业技术调研，包含整车技术现状及零部件技术现状调研，基于调研结论，推进我司产品的研发方向及优化改进； 3、负责搭建、优化双目摄像头AI算法的平台框架，包含但不限于自适应算法、机器学习、模型训练等内容； 4、分析NPU/GPU/DLA/DSP/ARM的运算性能并确定算力瓶颈，优化模型结构、算子实现和任务调度优化； 5、负责AI模型和算法的优化技术（量化、蒸馏、剪枝、算子优化、预处理GPU加速等）研发。

1、计算机科学、模式识别、数学、机器人、电子工程专业或相关领域的博士学历； 2、至少2年内在视觉感知算法移植、雷达或激光雷达感知、BEV感知、传感器融合和模型部署至少其中一项有实际经验； 3、熟悉基础计算机视觉库、深度学习库，如ACL/Cutlass/Cublas/CuDNN/TensorRT； 4、有相关模型优化压缩、CUDA编程、具备NPU/DSP/GPU等异构计算平台开发和调优经验者优先； 5、在相关领域的会议/期刊上发表文章或有同等经验者优先。
