Jouw uitdaging

Als Business Developer België word jij het commerciële gezicht van de organisatie binnen de Belgische foodservicemarkt. Je bouwt verder op bestaande klanten en relaties, maar jouw grootste opdracht is het identificeren en binnenhalen van nieuwe horecagroothandels. Je bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor eigenaars, directieleden en commerciële verantwoordelijken en adviseert hen over de meerwaarde van digitalisering binnen hun organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen de Belgische foodservice- en horecadistributiemarkt.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van een sterke commerciële pipeline.
  • Identificeren van opportuniteiten bij zowel regionale als nationale horecagroothandels.
  • Adviseren van klanten over efficiëntere bestelprocessen en digitale oplossingen.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met beslissingsnemers binnen de sector.
  • Analyse van de Belgische markt en signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor het management omtrent marktontwikkelingen in België.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op netwerk- en sectorevents.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groeistrategie voor België.
  • Op termijn meebouwen aan een lokaal commercieel team.

We zoeken een commerciële ondernemer die de Belgische foodservicemarkt door en door kent. Iemand die deuren opent op basis van ervaring, geloofwaardigheid en een sterk netwerk.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterniveau.
  • Minstens 8 jaar commerciële ervaring binnen de foodservice of distributiesector.
  • Ervaring op senior sales-, accountmanagement- of managementniveau.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van horecagroothandels en foodserviceleveranciers in België.
  • Bestaand netwerk binnen de Belgische foodservicemarkt.
  • Sterke business development skills en bewezen commerciële successen.
  • Affiniteit met software, digitalisering en technologische oplossingen.
  • Strategisch denker met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
  • Sterke presentatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Energie krijgen van prospectie, netwerken en nieuwe klanten overtuigen.
