Als Business Developer Industrie ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor industriële klanten in de regio Limburg. Je bouwt duurzame partnerships uit, detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt technische behoeften naar concrete oplossingen die echte meerwaarde creëren voor jouw klanten. Je komt terecht in een uitdagende omgeving waar techniek, commercie en relatiebeheer samenkomen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief uitbouwen van de regio Limburg.
  • Prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe industriële klanten.
  • Uitbouwen van langdurige relaties binnen:Industrie Productieomgevingen Automatisatie Technische installaties
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en adviseren rond technische oplossingen.
  • Voorstellen van innovatieve en energie-efficiënte toepassingen.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes en projecten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject van prospectie tot afsluiting.
  • Maximaliseren van omzet, marge en groei binnen jouw regio.
  • Actief inzetten op cross-selling en upselling.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne sales, productspecialisten en technische experts.
  • Deelnemen aan netwerkevents, opleidingen en klantenactiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van commerciële opportuniteiten via CRM en andere digitale tools.

Je combineert commerciële gedrevenheid met technisch inzicht en voelt je thuis in een industriële omgeving.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen B2B-sales.
  • Affiniteit met:Elektrotechniek Automatisatie HVAC Industriële installaties
  • Sterke commerciële flair en bewezen resultaten in business development.
  • Technisch voldoende onderlegd om klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren.
  • Ondernemend en zelfstandig karakter.
  • Resultaatgericht zonder het relationele aspect uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Geloofwaardige en professionele gesprekspartner op alle niveaus.
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
