About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Cross-Cloud Marketing Demo team creates keynote demonstrations for Salesforce's most exciting moments, spanning Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau, and other clouds. Technical Architects on this team partner equally with product marketing managers, developers, and designers to own demos from concept through delivery, often showing them live on stage at Dreamforce, World Tour events, and executive briefings.

We are looking for a Senior Keynote Developer to translate leadership's vision into working prototypes, build tools that let global teams run their own live demos, and keep product and engineering teams aligned on what is safe to show on stage.

The team showcases the entire Salesforce ecosystem as well as external surfaces such as Claude. Our team supports public and internal events globally, from Dreamforce in San Francisco to World Tours in Paris, Tokyo, London, Sydney, and New York.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • You will be hands-on in crunch moments with everyone's support, whether that's informing executives of technical details, small bug fixes, or reshaping an entire demo flow before showtime.
  • Partner with leadership to turn emerging product ideas into demo-able prototypes across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms such as Claude, often before formal requirements exist.
  • Architect end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows, building with Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and platform automation.
  • Create reusable demo guides, toolkits, and training so global teams can execute live demos with less centralized support.
  • Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals and live show support, while coordinating directly with product and engineering teams on timing, constraints, and risk.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5 or more years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture at a senior level and continue to maintain strong skills in Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and declarative automation, plus front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • You have prototyped ambiguous, early-stage concepts for executive audiences across multiple platforms and have built enablement tools that scale to distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to work with non-technical partners (marketing, design, executives) to translate stories into technical solutions
  • You can work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines, travel at least 33% of the time, and work flexible hours during event preparation.
  • A related technical degree required.

Even Better If...

  • You have built live product demonstrations for large audiences, such as conferences or executive briefings.
  • You have experience with Agentforce, AI agents, or agentic architectures, or with Slack platform development.
  • You know Tableau, Data Cloud, or other data integration platforms.
  • You have a background in storytelling, presentation design, or production environments such as media or event production.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
