  • Develop a strong understanding of the underlying technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, security architecture, and cloud capabilities.
  • Partner closely with sales teams throughout the sales cycle to develop technical sales strategies, secure technical and functional wins, and resolve customer objections.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that technical submissions clearly address customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate technical challenges, develop solutions, and support successful customer engagements.
  • Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously while contributing effectively to a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
  • Participate in relevant product training, technical enablement, sales development programs, and certifications to maintain expertise and strengthen solution engineering capabilities.
  • Work with management to establish and achieve quarterly and annual performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of public sector cloud solutions by identifying customer needs, communicating product value, and supporting successful technology adoption.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a comparable customer-facing technical sales role within a CRM company or similar technology environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise software and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to customer business requirements.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and applications, relational databases, web technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, including experience delivering product demonstrations and developing compelling solution narratives.
  • Proven discovery, consultative selling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer challenges and develop appropriate technical responses.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales, product, technical, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and advance customer opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset, with a willingness to learn new technologies, understand evolving customer needs, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Canadian and/or US public sector organizations, including an understanding of government procurement and technology requirements.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce technologies or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of government cloud compliance standards, security frameworks, and relevant certifications.

  • Professional development through product training, technical enablement, and relevant certifications.
  • Career growth opportunities within a high-performing, growth-oriented public sector technology team.
  • Exposure to complex customer challenges and collaboration with sales, technical, and cross-functional specialists.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
