About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

In this role as Senior Manager, Product & Pricing Operations, you lead, scale, and inspire a team of analysts delivering approval rule configurations that serve our global enterprise organizations, including Legal, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk, and many others.

You drive approval rule design strategy, team capacity allocation, and execution timelines. You ensure our approval rule architecture supports growing business needs and maintains strict Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • People Leadership: You lead a team of configuration specialists. You manage the team's capacity allocation while establishing a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): You oversee the end-to-end SDLC for approval rule configurations. You establish deployment frameworks, Quality Assurance standards, peer review protocols, and release controls to ensure high configuration accuracy, business continuity, and zero production downtime.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management: You lead projects from inception through delivery, and partner with business and Information Technology leadership to align on strategic priorities and solution architectures.
  • SOX & Risk Management: You own the operational control framework for SOX compliance across approval rule systems. You ensure team adherence to change-management protocols and lead team engagement with internal and external auditors.
  • Operational Excellence: You establish and track team performance metrics (e.g., production incident volume, cycle times, error rate) and use them to scale the team throughput as volume grows.

You're Our Person If...

  • People Leadership: You have 3+ years of experience directly managing or developing teams in technical operations, revenue operations, or business systems, with 7+ years of overall operational experience.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management: You have 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software configuration delivery pipelines, including architectural review, intake prioritization, User Acceptance Testing frameworks, change control, release management, and ongoing production support.
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) & Compliance Ownership: You have direct experience working with SOX compliance frameworks, defining audit controls, and enforcing strict risk-mitigation standards across team workflows.
  • Process Optimization: You have experience establishing team Key Performance Indicators, delivering executive performance reports, and using operational metrics to optimize workflows, scale team throughput, and ensure output quality.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: You have experience aligning priorities across multiple organizations, such as Revenue Recognition, Finance, and Information Technology.

Even Better If...

You have experience using or managing enterprise CPQ platforms, such as Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or Conga CPQ.

  • Salesforce Technical Knowledge: You have experience with Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL,) and Flows.
  • Commercial Domain Leadership: You have prior management experience overseeing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Deal Desk operations within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Enterprise software environment.
  • Salesforce Certifications: You have Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or similar credentials.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
