Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie übernehmen organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben in der Personaladministration.
  • Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen die Vorbereitung der Lohnverrechnung sowie die Abrechnung von Überstunden für Arbeiter und Angestellte.
  • Die Erfassung von Abwesenheiten sowie die An- und Abmeldung von Beschäftigten bei der Gesundheitskasse gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Sie übernehmen die Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Stellen.
  • Auswertungen, Statistiken und die Ablage fallen ebenso in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Bei der Prozessoptimierung sowie der Personalrekrutierung bringen Sie sich aktiv ein.
  • Die Kontrolle und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen rundet Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse bringen Sie ebenfalls mit.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.
  • Vertraulichkeit, Struktur und Organisation prägen Ihren Arbeitsstil.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus.
