En tant que Télévendeur / Télévendeuse, vous êtes au cœur de notre activité commerciale. Au téléphone, vous savez capter l’attention, comprendre les besoins de vos interlocuteurs et les convaincre de choisir nos produits ou services.

Votre mission

  • Faire la différence au téléphone : Vous contactez proactivement des clients potentiels et les convainquez de découvrir et d’adopter nos produits ou services.
  • Saisir les opportunités : Vous identifiez les occasions de vente et les transformez en résultats grâce à votre talent commercial.
  • Atteindre vos objectifs : Vous travaillez avec des objectifs clairs et mettez tout en œuvre pour atteindre, voire dépasser, vos résultats commerciaux.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux : Vous veillez à ce que les informations relatives aux clients soient correctement enregistrées et toujours à jour dans notre CRM.
