Du bliver ansat som en del af BR’s team af legekammerater, men dit primære arbejdssted vil være i vores Build-A-Bear butik. Her får du muligheden for at sætte dit præg på en helt særlig gæsteoplevelse.

Om jobbet

I Build-A-Bear bygger vi mere end bamser – vi bygger minder. Som bamsebygger vil du:

  • Leve dig ind i gæstens rejse og guide dem gennem hele bamsebygger-oplevelsen – fra valg af bamse til hjerteceremoni og personligt tilbehør.
  • Skabe en varm og indbydende atmosfære, hvor børn og voksne føler sig set, hørt og velkomne.
  • Være en del af et engageret team, hvor vi støtter hinanden og har det sjovt sammen – både i hverdagen og når der er fart over feltet.
  • Samarbejde tæt med både Build-A-Bear- og BR-kollegaer for at sikre uforglemmelige kundeoplevelser.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Er fyldt 15 år og har afsluttet 9. klasse.
  • Har lyst til at være med til at starte noget nyt og bygge en butik op fra bunden.
  • Har en naturlig energi, er udadvendt og elsker at sprede glæde for alle omkring dig
  • Er serviceminded og trives i et levende, kreativt miljø.
  • Kan arbejde både i weekender, ferier og efter behov.
  • Brænder for at give gæsterne mere, end de forventer – og lidt til.
