Vi søger dig, der:

  • Har solid erfaring som butikschef inden for dagligvarehandel – discount-erfaring er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Har høje ambitioner og vil løfte niveauet hver dag.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og har et stærkt drive.
  • Brænder for at skabe gode kundeoplevelser og forbedre butikkens KPI’er.
  • Har erfaring med rekruttering og teamopbygning, og ved hvordan man skaber arbejdsglæde og udvikling.
  • Er en stærk kommunikator, der motiverer og støtter medarbejderne.
  • Vil være rollemodel og kulturambassadør for både medarbejdere og kolleger i distriktet.
  • Tænker på tværs og bidrager til fællesskabet i Netto.
