Din rolle

Som skifteleder er du en nøgleperson i teamet med ansvar for mange operationelle opgaver. Du har ansvaret for butikken, når butikschef, serviceleder og driftsleder har fri.

Du elsker at arbejde i butikken, levere gode kundeoplevelser og sikre, at arbejdsdagen er struktureret og målrettet. Samtidig sørger du for, at dit team har det sjovt på arbejdet.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Vareopfyldning og egenkontrol
  • Kassebetjening og varebestilling
  • Kundeservice og små kontoropgaver
  • Oplæring af unge under 18 år
  • Gennemføre butiksrunder for at sikre overholdelse af driftskonceptet

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har erfaring fra detailhandel
  • Trives i et miljø med mange kunder og højt tempo
  • Er god til at kommunikere og tage selvstændige beslutninger
  • Har overblik og kan løse problemstillinger
  • Arbejder minimum 20 timer om ugen indenfor butikkens åbningstid. Et krav er en åbnevagt, en lukkevagt og hver 3. eller 4. weekend (lørdag & søndag).
