**Arbejdsopgaver og ansvar

**Som Supervisor skal du hjælpe til med den daglige drift og salg i butikken sammen med dine kollegaer. Dertil vil dine opgaver være:

  • Udføre idéer og strategier fra Store Manageren og Assistant Store Manageren, samt selv bidrage med innovative og kreative forslag
  • Sikre at vores kunder får en enestående shopping oplevelse gennem fremragende kundeservice
  • Drive salget og derigennem være med til at sikre, at butikkens mål og budgetter opnås
  • Inspirere og motivere dit team til at nå deres fulde potentiale

**Kvalifikationer og kompetencer

**For at være den rette til jobbet, forventer vi, at du:

  • Har erfaring indenfor tøjbranchen, gerne fra en lignende stilling
  • Er passioneret, smilende og har en udadvendt personlighed, der kan skabe en positiv atmosfære i butikken blandt kunder og kollegaer
  • Har stærke salgsevner og evnen til at arbejde målrettet og konkurrenceorienteret
  • Er omstillingsparat og i stand til at have mange bolde i luften
  • Er innovativ og kreativ tænkende, hvortil du tør tænke i nye baner og udfordre status quo
  • Har gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner, både med kunder og kolleger
  • Kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk
  • Evner at tænke lidt "skævt" og komme med nye idéer, der kan forbedre butikken og kundeoplevelsen
