I takt med at Black Friday nærmer sig, søger vi engagerede og pålidelige medarbejdere til lagerarbejde hos Salling Group i Årslev. Dette er din mulighed for at spille en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at tusindvis af kundeordrer håndteres korrekt, effektivt og leveres til tiden.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Dine primære opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Pluk og pak af varer
  • Labeling og mærkning af produkter
  • Pakning af varer til levering
  • Klargøring af forsendelser
  • Diverse lageropgaver
  • Sikring af kvalitet og korrekt håndtering af varer

Erfaring fra lagerarbejde er en fordel, men ikke et krav – vi sørger for grundig oplæring.

Onboarding og oplæring

Onboarding løbende og deltagelse er obligatorisk.

Vi afholder onboardingforløb fra oktober til midt november, som blandt andet indeholder:

  • Rundvisning på lageret
  • Introduktion til arbejdsopgaverne
  • Gennemgang af sikkerhedsregler
  • Praktisk oplæring i arbejdsgange og processer

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Kan deltage i obligatorisk onboarding
  • Kan arbejde 4-5 vagter om ugen fra midt november til slut december
  • Er fleksibel i forhold til arbejdstider
  • Kan arbejde weekender
  • Er mødestabil og ansvarsbevidst

Fleksibilitet og tilkaldevagter

For at blive en del af teamet er det vigtigt, at du også kan stå til rådighed på tilkald.

Ved sygdom, aflysninger eller øget aktivitet på lageret kan vi kontakte dig med kort varsel. Derfor søger vi medarbejdere, der har mulighed for at træde til, når behovet opstår.

Arbejdstider (inkluderer weekender)

Daghold

  • 07.00 - 15.00

Aftenhold

  • 15.00 - 23.00

Nathold

  • 23.00 - 07.00

I perioden fra midt november til slut december vil vi som udgangspunkt planlægge dig på det samme skift 4-5 dage om ugen, så du får en stabil arbejdsplan.

Løn og vilkår

  • Timeløn: 142,17 kr.
  • Dertil vil der komme tillæg for aften, lørdag og søndag
  • 10 % fritvalgskonto udbetales sammen med lønnen
  • Mulighed for mange timer
