Für unser wachsendes Vertriebsteam bei SALMANA® suchen wir Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die verbindlich kommunizieren, strukturiert arbeiten und Verantwortung für ihre Ergebnisse übernehmen.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Kontakt zu unseren Interessentinnen professionell zu führen, potenzielle Kundinnen zu qualifizieren und sie strukturiert durch unseren Beratungsprozess zu begleiten.

Du arbeitest mit klaren Abläufen, definierten Gesprächsstrukturen und nachvollziehbaren Zielen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Interessentinnen
  • Durchführung strukturierter Erst- und Qualifizierungsgespräche
  • Ermittlung von Bedarf, Motivation und Voraussetzungen
  • Konsequentes Nachfassen bestehender Kontakte
  • Terminplanung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen
  • Saubere Dokumentation im System
  • Einhaltung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und Qualitätsstandards
  • Arbeiten mit klar definierten Zielen und Kennzahlen

Noch keine Vertriebserfahrung?

Während deiner Einarbeitung lernst du unsere Vertriebsprozesse, Gesprächsleitfäden, Systeme und Standards Schritt für Schritt kennen. Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Rahmenbedingungen & Entwicklung

Vergütung: 3.950 € brutto pro Monat (Einstiegsgehalt) Je nach Position und Vertriebsstufe können zusätzliche leistungsabhängige Vergütungsbestandteile hinzukommen.

Einarbeitung: Die strukturierte Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2 - 4 Monate. In dieser Zeit lernst du unsere Prozesse, Systeme, Gesprächsleitfäden und Standards Schritt für Schritt kennen.

Karriereperspektive: Wer Prozesse sicher beherrscht, konstant Ergebnisse liefert und Verantwortung übernimmt, kann sich bei SALMANA® fachlich weiterentwickeln und perspektivisch zusätzliche Verantwortung oder Führungsaufgaben übernehmen.
