Salmon has built a highly qualified and global team of finance and technology professionals and is backed by world-class investors, which include International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment management vehicle affiliated to the sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi), and other prominent Fintech investors.

Responsibilities:

- Regular management: directly manage and energize regional sales staff to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Work closely with the team to monitor performance in real time. Identify blockers, adjust tactics quickly, and provide direct coaching.

- Align team incentives, communication, and training to ensure aggressive but achievable performance.

- Ensure consistent application of sales processes, scripts, tools, and reporting

- Help with hiring and training of sales staff

- Be ready to sell, actively participate in different operational processes and work deeply with the team.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (B2B is preferred)

- Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, retail industries is an advantage

- Ability to work in a multitasking environment

- Proficiency in English B2+

- Based in North Luzon
