Importante empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Administrativo de Bodega e Inventario, quien será responsable de gestionar las actividades administrativas y de control de inventario dentro de la unidad de trabajo, con el objetivo de asegurar la operación eficiente de la bodega y la correcta gestión de los insumos.

Principales funciones

• Recepcionar físicamente insumos provenientes de proveedores, verificando que la información contenida en guías de despacho y/o facturas coincida con las órdenes de compra (códigos, descripciones, precios y cantidades).

• Registrar las recepciones en sistema ERP una vez realizada la verificación correspondiente.

• Realizar el etiquetado físico de los productos recepcionados y gestionar su correcto almacenamiento.

• Registrar en sistema la entrega de insumos a clientes internos de la organización.

• Ejecutar controles de inventario de acuerdo con la planificación del área, asegurando la concordancia entre inventario físico y sistema.

• Mantener ordenada y disponible la documentación asociada a órdenes de compra, guías de despacho y facturas para efectos de auditoría o control interno.

• Apoyar en la estimación de consumo y proyección de compra de insumos de la bodega.

• Realizar seguimiento de indicadores del área y generar reportes para la gestión y toma de decisiones.

• Cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos para recepción, entrega y control de insumos en bodega.

• Brindar apoyo administrativo a otras áreas del departamento cuando sea requerido.

• Gestión en rotación y en productos inmovilizados.

Requisitos

• Técnico de nivel superior en Logística, Administración o carrera afín.

• Ingeniero en Administración Logística o carrera relacionada.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos similares en bodegas o control de inventarios (excluyente)

• Experiencia previa realizando inventarios y manejo de sistemas administrativos o ERP.

• Residencia en Puerto Montt o alrededores.

Condiciones

• Jornada laboral administrativa de lunes a viernes.
