Empresa del rubro acuícola se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asistente Administrativo de Logística para la ciudad de Puerto Montt. El rol contempla realizar instructivo de embarque y velar que facturación se lleve a cabo, según despacho y embarcación. Funciones: Realizar instructivo de embarque, en plataforma Sernapesca.

Funciones

Realizar traspaso de información de calidad para generación de NEPPEX, Notificación de Embarque de Productos Pesqueros de Exportación.

Recepcionar guía de despacho de frigorificos externos y generar instructivos de embarque.

Recepcionar plan de trabajo de área logística, para poder recopilar documentación necesaria para generar instructivo de embarque (guías de despacho, packinglist).

Coordinar con agencias de aduana, la elaboración de instructivo y generación de clave.

Elaborar informe mensual de gastos que realiza el departamento de comercial, con indicadores de sobre estadía (embarcadores cumplan con plazo autorizado, según espacio libre) y responsable.

Gestionar y validar con área de proveedores la factura, según productos adquiridos por cliente.

Requisitos

Título Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

Conocimientos Básicos Contabilidad, administración, servicio al cliente.

Específicos: Comercio Exterior, Logística, Normativa Aduanera.

Office Nivel Intermedio.

Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en el área.

Conocimiento en el uso de ERP.

Condiciones

Lugar de trabajo: Puerto Montt.

Jornada de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes.

Renta acorde al mercado.

Contrato por reemplazo de Pre y Post Natal.
