The posting

Empresa del rubro acuícola se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asistente Comercio Exterior en la ciudad de Puerto Montt. El rol contempla confeccionar, custodiar y controlar la documentación asociada a cada embarque de exportación manteniendo actualizados los informes de cuenta corriente de los clientes, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad, cumplimiento de plazos y procedimientos establecidos.

Funciones

Confeccionar y presentar la documentación del área, incluyendo cartas de crédito y procesos de cobranza bancaria.

Realizar el despacho de documentos a clientes vía correo electrónico y/o courier, manteniendo respaldo físico y electrónico de cada embarque.

Ejecutar el seguimiento de embarques en relación con cobranzas y entrega oportuna de documentación a los clientes.

Confeccionar, controlar y entregar facturación a clientes (Commercial Invoice) y proveedores asociados.

Recepcionar solicitudes y confeccionar certificados sanitarios y de origen, de acuerdo con el destino y las entidades correspondientes, a través de plataformas de agencias de aduana.

Gestionar y presentar solicitudes de DUS ante el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII).

Ingresar solicitudes de servicios de embarque en el sistema FIN700 para su contratación y posterior pago.

Requisitos

Título en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior.

Cocimientos básicos: Contabilidad, Administración, Servicio al cliente.

Conocimientos específicos: Comercio Exterior, Logística, Normativa Aduanera, Normativa Sanitaria.

Office nivel Intermedio, FIN700, Processing.

Inglés Nivel Medio.

Experiencia 3 a 5 años en el área.

Condiciones

Lugar de trabajo: Puerto Montt.

Jornada de trabajo: 5x2.

Renta acorde al mercado.

Contrato fijo, luego indefinido.
