Empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asistente de Centro de Cultivo para la X Región, desempeñando funciones en zonas como Chaitén, Chiloé y alrededores. El cargo tiene por objetivo asistir al jefe de centro en la coordinación de las actividades operativas y productivas del centro de cultivo, verificando el cumplimiento de las faenas planificadas en terreno para contribuir al desempeño productivo de la operación. Asimismo, deberá mantener una adecuada relación con las comunidades donde se encuentra inserto el centro de cultivo, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, bioseguridad y medio ambiente establecidos por la compañía.

Funciones principales

• Controlar los servicios externos del centro en el que desempeña sus labores.

• Coordinar y verificar el cumplimiento de las actividades diarias (alimentación, mortalidad, estado sanitario, traspasos, selección, cambio de redes, entre otras).

• Entregar requerimientos del centro asignado a la Gerencia de Operaciones, bajo revisión del Jefe de Centro.

• Asistir en la administración y control del cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, políticas de higiene, salud y seguridad ocupacional, salud de peces y medio ambiente.

• Asistir en la verificación y análisis de información del centro de cultivo.

• Apoyar la gestión y relacionamiento con la comunidad de acuerdo con los programas establecidos.

• Velar por el desempeño en materias de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO) del centro.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna de la empresa en materias de bioseguridad y seguridad.

• Revisar stock de bodegas y solicitar insumos al Jefe de Centro cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

• Título de Ingeniero Acuícola, Técnico Acuícola, Biología Marina o carrera afín.

• Conocimientos específicos: Administración, salud, crianza de peces, control de costo, legislación ambiental, laboral y pesquera, legislación en seguridad y salud ocupacional.

• Office y Excel nivel medio.

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en el área.

Condiciones

• Jornada laboral 12x12.

• Lugar de Trabajo: X región (Chaitén, Chiloé y alrededores).

• Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
