Empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asistente de Proveedores para desempeñarse en Puerto Montt. El cargo tiene por objetivo gestionar y contabilizar la documentación mercantil en el sistema FIN700, asegurando el correcto registro e imputación de facturas, órdenes de compra y gastos directos, con el fin de mantener actualizado el libro de compras y contribuir al cumplimiento de los procesos contables y administrativos de la organización.

Principales funciones:

• Gestionar la recepción de órdenes de compra con las áreas correspondientes, mediante correo electrónico y contacto telefónico.

• Adjuntar órdenes de compra a las facturas correspondientes.

• Contabilizar e imputar facturas asociadas a órdenes de compra y gastos directos, asignando correctamente cuentas contables y centros de costos.

• Atender requerimientos de clientes internos respecto a la situación de los proveedores.

• Respaldar facturas con su respectivo comprobante contable y mantener la documentación archivada para su posterior pago.

• Realizar regularizaciones contables y traspasos cuando corresponda.

• Efectuar seguimiento a órdenes de compra pendientes de recepción.

• Revisar que la información registrada en el Registro de Compras y Ventas coincida con el Libro de Compras generado en FIN700.

• Verificar y visar la situación de los proveedores en Pronexo para la confirmación de facturas.

Requisitos:

• Título Técnico de Contador, Contador Auditor, Técnico Administración o carrera afín.

• Conocimientos básicos en contabilidad, facturación electrónica, formularios de IVA.

• Nivel de Office básico.

• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en el área.

• Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
