The posting

Empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Cocinero(a) para desempeñarse en Centro de Cultivo ubicado en la X Región. El objetivo del cargo contempla realizar labores gastronómicas dentro del Centro de Cultivo, administrando de manera eficiente los víveres del turno asignado, con el fin de asegurar una alimentación adecuada para los trabajadores y el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones del centro.

Principales funciones:

• Mantener los víveres en óptimas condiciones de almacenamiento y distribuirlos de acuerdo con las necesidades de las preparaciones diarias.

• Recepcionar la minuta semanal o instrucciones entregadas por la Jefatura de Centro, elaborando las preparaciones según la dotación de trabajadores y visitantes presentes en el centro.

• Informar oportunamente sobre fallas, vencimientos, mermas o cualquier anomalía detectada en víveres, insumos y herramientas de cocina.

• Aplicar diariamente las normas de higiene, sanitización y manipulación de alimentos establecidas por la compañía.

• Mantener el aseo permanente de las dependencias de cocina, comedor y áreas asociadas.

• Solicitar oportunamente los víveres e insumos necesarios para asegurar la continuidad del servicio de alimentación.

• Velar por el uso adecuado de los recursos asignados y el cumplimiento de los estándares de orden y limpieza.

Requisitos:

• Enseñanza Media Completa o Título en Gastronomía.

• Conocimientos básicos en Manipulación de Alimentos y Primeros Auxilios.

• Curso de Manipulación de Alimentos.

• Experiencia de 2 años en el cargo.

Condiciones:

• Jornada laboral 12x12.

• Lugar de Trabajo: X Región.

• Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
