The posting

Empresa del rubro Acuícola se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Electromecánico/a para integrarse al área de Mantención de Planta de Procesos. Su principal misión será asegurar la continuidad operacional de los equipos y maquinarias de proceso, mediante la ejecución de mantenciones preventivas y correctivas, contribuyendo al cumplimiento del plan anual de mantenimiento y a la disponibilidad de los activos productivos.

Principales funciones

Ejecutar mantenciones preventivas y correctivas en equipos y maquinarias de la planta de procesos.

Diagnosticar y reparar fallas mecánicas y eléctricas, identificando causas raíz y aplicando soluciones oportunas para restablecer la operación.

Evaluar el desempeño y condición operativa de los equipos, proponiendo mejoras orientadas a prevenir fallas y optimizar su funcionamiento.

Gestionar el registro y requerimiento de repuestos necesarios para las actividades de mantención.

Entregar apoyo técnico durante visitas de proveedores y servicios especializados, según coordinación de la jefatura.

Colaborar en la operación de equipos de proceso ante contingencias o situaciones de emergencia cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

Título Técnico Profesional o Técnico de Nivel Medio en áreas afines a Mantención Industrial, Electricidad, Mecánica o similar.

Enseñanza Media Completa.

Conocimientos en planta de procesos, diagnóstico y reparación de maquinaria industrial, y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

Experiencia operativa y/o de mantención en máquinas de empresas acuícolas.

Manejo de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cargos similares.

Condiciones laborales

Lugar de trabajo: Puerto Montt.

Sistema de turnos rotativos 6x1.

Renta acorde al mercado.

Contrato a plazo fijo con posibilidad de continuidad indefinida según desempeño.
