Importante empresa salmonera necesita contratar Encargado(a) de Selección y Desarrollo Organizacional para Chonchi – Chiloé. Será responsable de gestionar los procesos de atracción, evaluación y selección de personas, además de liderar iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional.

Funciones principales:

• Gestionar y ejecutar procesos de selección para todos los niveles de la organización.

• Coordinar evaluaciones psicolaborales y entrevistas técnicas.

• Acompañar en el proceso de ingreso del personal.

• Proponer mejoras en procesos de selección y atracción de talento.

• Apoyar en la gestión y control del proceso de evaluación de desempeño.

• Participar en la gestión del clima laboral y encuestas de satisfacción.

• Desarrollar e implementar programas de detección y retención del talento.

• Colaborar en procesos de gestión del cambio y cultura organizacional.

• Elaborar y actualizar los descriptores de cargo de la empresa.

• Generar informes e indicadores de gestión relacionados a su área.

• Crear y mantener actualizados los procedimientos e instructivos de su área.

Requisitos:

• Título de Psicólogo(a), Ingeniero(a) en Administración de empresas o carrera afín.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en reclutamiento y selección.

• Manejo intermedio de Excel y deseable manejo de Power BI.

• Deseable experiencia en desarrollo organizacional y poseer conocimientos en modelos de evaluación de desempeño, clima y cultura.
