Encargado/a de Unidad Productiva – RAS

Invermar busca incorporar a un/a Encargado/a de Unidad Productiva, quien será responsable de supervisar y coordinar los procesos de producción de peces en piscicultura, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas productivas, estándares de calidad, normativas vigentes y procedimientos internos.

Principales funciones:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones productivas en las etapas asignadas.
  • Liderar y organizar las actividades del personal a cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes productivos.
  • Controlar parámetros de calidad de agua y condiciones operativas de los sistemas de recirculación.
  • Verificar la disponibilidad de insumos, equipos y recursos necesarios para la continuidad operacional.
  • Supervisar los registros productivos y el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, calidad y medioambiente.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos productivos y operacionales.

Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Acuicultura, Ingeniería en Acuicultura, Biología Marina, Ingeniería Pesquera o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en producción de peces en sistemas de recirculación (RAS).
  • Experiencia en procesos productivos de agua dulce, desde ova ojo hasta smolt.
  • Conocimientos en calidad de agua, normativa RESA y RAMA, certificación GlobalG.A.P. y sistemas de control productivo.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de equipos de trabajo y coordinación de operaciones productivas.
