En búsqueda de Soporte Informático con foco en planta de procesos

Objetivo del cargo: Entregar soporte informático del software, hardware y del uso de sistemas de gestión productiva de manera remota y/o en terreno a las diferentes áreas de la compañía, además de liderar proyectos de integración de nuevas tecnologías y sumarse al equipo de seguridad informática, manteniendo un enfoque de calidad y servicio al cliente.

Funciones:

Realizar soporte a usuarios frente a las necesidades requeridas, a través de ticket, ademas de realizar soporte de manera presencial o remota en las diferentes sucursales según corresponda a usuarios de su sector a cargo

Brindar soporte sobre toda la plataforma administrativa y productiva que posea la compañía ("entregar información sobre la funcionalidad"), en cuanto al manejo de ERP de gestión de información y/o productiva

Ejecutar configuración de los equipos nuevos para los usuarios y realizar capacitaciones respectivas.

Ejecutar mantención física de Hardware de acuerdo a la planificación del área.

Gestionar derivaciones o solicitar nuevos equipos ante fallas técnicas que requieran una mayor intervención

Elaboración de reporte semanal de las estaciones de trabajo dentro de Planta Proceso.

Configurar e instalar Routers y Switch de redes informáticas

Crear credenciales a usuarios nuevos en sistemas de Uso interno (Fin700, Processing, Intranet, Soporte informático entre otros). Además de soporte general para estos, como recuperación de claves, Asignación de Permisos, uso básico de sistemas.

Requisitos:

Técnico en Informática, Ingeniero en Informática, Analista de Sistemas o similar Sistema operativo Windows 10 y 11; Sistema Feeding, Power BI, Soporte de Hardware Windows Server, SQL Server, Fishtalk, Akva Connect y Akva Control, Router, Firewall, AP, Microsoft 365 Administrador, Directorio Activo, Virtualización, Conocimiento en Redes Nivel intermedia ha avanzado

Condiciones:

Turnos Rotativos 6x1 (Mañana, tarde y noche) 2 domingo al mes
