Empresa del rubro Salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Ingeniero Operacional de Adquisiciones para integrarse al equipo en Puerto Montt. La misión del rol es gestionar y ejecutar procesos de compra de bienes y servicios, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, costos y estándares internos, junto con mantener una adecuada trazabilidad documental.

Principales funciones

• Levantar, analizar y gestionar requerimientos de bienes y servicios provenientes de distintas áreas de la compañía.

• Solicitar cotizaciones, evaluar alternativas técnicas y económicas y seleccionar proveedores dentro del marco de atribuciones definidas.

• Generar órdenes de compra en el sistema ERP y realizar seguimiento hasta su cierre administrativo y contable.

• Realizar cruce y validación documental entre orden de compra, guía de despacho, recepción conforme y factura.

• Monitorear consumos de insumos críticos (combustible, flota, alimento u otros según corresponda).

• Actualizar bases de datos, planillas y modelos de control asociados a compras y consumos.

• Analizar procesos de compra y proponer mejoras en tiempos, costos o estandarización.

• Coordinar procesos administrativos de baja de activos, incluyendo clasificación, documentación y definición de canal de salida.

• Administrar contratos asociados a flota u otros servicios recurrentes, realizando seguimiento de documentación y cumplimiento.

• Negociar condiciones económicas básicas en procesos de venta de activos dados de baja o adquisiciones recurrentes.

• Asumir temporalmente procesos de compra de distintas categorías en caso de reemplazos, vacaciones o contingencias del equipo.

• Apoyar análisis comparativos y procesos de mayor complejidad liderados por Analistas o Ingenieros de Compras.

• Cumplir con las normativas, reglamentos, procedimientos y políticas de la compañía, en especial las de Prevención de Riesgo.

• Colaborar en la implementación del programa PEX y utilizar las herramientas suministradas por dicho programa en todas las tareas productivas asignadas.

• Realizar otras funciones y/o tareas indicadas por la jefatura.

Requisitos

• Título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Administración, Logística o en ingenierías a fin

• Conocimientos Básicos: Excel intermedio y Power BI básico

• Conocimiento Excluyentes: Nivel de Office Office nivel Básico, ERP Usuario

• Matricula: Licencia clase B

• Experiencia 2 a 4 años en el área

Condiciones

• Jornada laboral 5x2.

• Lugar de Trabajo: Puerto Montt.

• Plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
