The posting

Buscamos profesional para liderar la gestión y control de empresas contratistas, resguardando el cumplimiento legal, laboral y de seguridad en todas las operaciones.

Principales funciones

  • Ejecutar auditorías en terreno y revisiones documentales a empresas contratistas.
  • Verificar condiciones de trabajo, cumplimiento de procedimientos, uso de EPP y estándares de seguridad.
  • Administrar contratos, anexos, estados de pago y documentación legal (F30, F30-1, entre otros).
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales y previsionales (cotizaciones, contratos, jornadas).
  • Medir indicadores de seguridad, cumplimiento legal y desempeño de contratistas.
  • Diseñar, implementar y optimizar el sistema de gestión de terceros, incorporando mejoras en procesos y controles.
  • Realizar seguimiento del desempeño de proveedores, gestionando acciones correctivas ante desviaciones.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de riesgo, cumplimiento y desempeño.
  • Coordinar trabajo con áreas de operaciones, RRHH, prevención de riesgos y organismos fiscalizadores.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional de Ingeniero/a Industrial, Ingeniero/a en Administración, RRHH o Prevención de Riesgos.
  • Al menos 3 años liderando procesos de control de terceros o subcontratación.
  • Ley N°20.123 sobre subcontratación.
  • Artículo 183-A y siguientes del Código del Trabajo.
  • Responsabilidad solidaria y subsidiaria.
  • Normativa laboral y previsional asociada a contratistas.
  • Manejo de documentación laboral (F30, F30-1, entre otros).
  • D.S. N° 44 y normativa asociada.
  • Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia en plataformas de control de terceros.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
