Estamos en búsqueda Jefe Centro Calidad Agua Dulce quién se desempeñara en VIII, IX y X región teniendo como objetivo cumplir con las metas productivas y operacionales de la piscicultura a cargo y controlar el presupuesto de gastos asignado. Asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, sanitario y ambiental establecido por la compañía. Liderar y supervisar los procesos de seguimiento, retiro, transporte, control de calidad y entrega de ovas en piscicultura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares biológicos

FUNCIONES:

Elaborar y controlar el cumplimiento de los Presupuestos Productivos del centro a cargo.

Elaborar y controlar el cumplimiento del Presupuesto de Gastos

Garantizar disponibilidad de recursos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de las áreas dependientes “Centro de Cultivo”

Garantizar la calidad y oportunidad de la información productiva, normativa y sanitaria del centro a cargo.

Administrar y controlar las leyes laborales en el centro y las políticas de higiene, salud y seguridad ocasional, salud de peces y medio ambiente.

Gestionar el nuestro Proveedor de Ovas el seguimiento de los distintos grupos Salar Coho que serán retirados durante la temporada y temporadas futuras.

Supervisión durante el retiro y transporte de Ovas.

Garantizar el numero de ovas retiradas, en cantidad y viabilidad

Garantizar la máxima calidad en el producto que está retirando.

Coordinar las entregas de ovas con las pisciculturas de destino.

CUMPLIR CON LOS SIGUIENTES CRITERIOS:

Experiencia productiva de 3 a 5 años en agua dulce.

Administración de RRHH, Producción, Salud de Peces y Costos

Office y Excel nivel Medio

REQUISITOS:

Estadística elemental aplicada al cultivo

Producción, Salud de Peces y Costos

Manejo de FT nivel usuario

Excel nivel medio

CONDICIONES:

ART.22

Contrato Plazo fijo, luego Indefinido

Ideal si reside en cualquiera de las siguiente regiones VIII, IX o X
