The posting

En Planta de Proceso nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Monitor de Control de Pérdidas, quien será responsable de supervisar y controlar los rendimientos de los distintos productos procesados, con el fin de identificar, analizar y reportar pérdidas operacionales a jefatura. Asimismo, realizar muestreos de nuevos productos y evaluaciones de productividad que contribuyan a la mejora continua de los procesos.

Principales funciones:

Monitorear y analizar los rendimientos de las distintas etapas del proceso productivo, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operacional.

Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y especificaciones técnicas de los productos en sus diferentes formatos.

Realizar controles y mediciones en línea para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos productivos.

Supervisar parámetros de producción, incluyendo pesos, formatos y atributos definidos para cada producto.

Ejecutar muestreos, levantamiento de información y análisis de datos que permitan identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Elaborar informes y reportes de gestión para apoyar la toma de decisiones del área.

Participar en evaluaciones de productividad y seguimiento de indicadores operacionales.

Requisitos:

• Título Técnico o Profesional en Alimentos, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carrera afín.

• Conocimientos básicos en Procesos de Planta de Salmones,

• Conocimientos excluyentes: Industria Alimentaria, Herramientas de Gestión de Información, Aseguramiento de Calidad.

• Nivel de Office Intermedio.

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en funciones similares.

Condiciones

• Jornada laboral: 6x1, turnos rotativos.

• Lugar de Trabajo: Puerto Montt

• Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
