Empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Fondeo y Jaulas para desempeñarse en Puerto Montt. El objetivo del cargo es supervisar las tareas de los barcos de fondeo, optimizando recursos, coordinando los insumos necesarios para la instalación de estructuras en los centros de cultivo y asegurando la operatividad de las naves, junto con el cumplimiento de las cartas Gantt y la planificación de las operaciones.

Funciones principales:

• Mantener actualizada la información relacionada con el presupuesto y los costos asociados a cada una de las tareas del área.

• Supervisar activamente las faenas de instalación y mantención de fondeos y jaulas realizadas por embarcaciones y empresas de servicio destinadas a estas actividades.

• Revisar y monitorear periódicamente el estado de los fondeos y estructuras flotantes en terreno, verificando su correcta condición operativa.

• Gestionar el ingreso de servicios a los Centros de Cultivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.

• Colaborar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto del área.

• Gestionar solicitudes de servicios e insumos a través de FIN700.

• Realizar el levantamiento de requerimientos de clientes internos asociados a las operaciones del área.

• Leer e interpretar planos de fondeos y jaulas de acuerdo con las concesiones y lineamientos definidos por la jefatura.

Requisitos:

• Título Técnico en Estructuras, Ingeniero en Topografía, Logística o Transporte, Ingeniería Civil Industrial.

• Conocimientos básicos: Seguridad, administración, contabilidad y Mecánica Específicos: Estructuras flotantes, planificación estratégica, presupuestos y logística.

• Conocimientos excluyentes en Lectura e interpretación de planos, Fondeo y estructuras, Resistencia de materiales.

• Office Nivel Intermedio.

• Experiencia de 2 años en el área.
