Supervisor/a de Producción – Invermar | Castro

En Invermar buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a un/a Supervisor/a de Producción, quien tendrá el desafío de coordinar y supervisar las actividades y recursos de la sección asignada, contribuyendo al cumplimiento del plan productivo, la calidad e inocuidad del producto y la continuidad de los procesos.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Programar y supervisar las actividades del proceso productivo y organizar los equipos de trabajo.
  • Velar por la correcta operación de máquinas y equipos, coordinando oportunamente sus necesidades de mantención.
  • Asegurar la trazabilidad de las materias primas durante el proceso.
  • Registrar y monitorear indicadores de gestión, implementando acciones correctivas frente a desviaciones.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de PAC, POS y demás normativas de calidad e inocuidad.
  • Promover activamente la prevención de riesgos, el autocuidado y prácticas responsables con el medio ambiente.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo, impulsando un ambiente de trabajo respetuoso, seguro y orientado al aprendizaje continuo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación de nivel medio o superior en el área de Alimentos o similar.
  • Conocimientos en normas de higiene y calidad.
  • Nociones de legislación laboral aplicada.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en procesos productivos.

  • Lugar de trabajo: Castro.
  • Área: Planta de Procesos.
  • Cargo con responsabilidad directa sobre personal operativo de producción.
