Empresa del rubro salmonero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Técnico de Cosecha para desempeñarse en Quellón, Chiloé. Buscamos un profesional responsable de controlar y supervisar en terreno el proceso de cosecha, velando por el cumplimiento del programa operativo y los estándares de calidad de la materia prima.

Principales funciones:

• Revisar en terreno el estado de los peces en las jaulas de acopio.

• Controlar el cumplimiento del programa de cosecha.

• Realizar muestreos permanentes de calidad de materia prima, informando oportunamente desviaciones y generando reportes escritos.

• Verificar parámetros operacionales como oxígeno, mortalidades y estado general de los peces.

• Reportar indicadores productivos asociados al ingreso de materia prima, incluyendo peso, condición y calidad de los peces.

• Controlar e informar desviaciones de proceso y malas prácticas detectadas durante la operación.

Requisitos:

• Título Técnico en Acuicultura o Alimentos.

• Conocimientos básicos en controles y monitoreos de las condiciones de cosecha -Regulación de Stanner – Flujo de matanza - Manejo de condiciones en cuanto a calidad de la Materia Prima.

• Conocimientos específicos en manejo de la cosecha.

• Office nivel Básico, Excel nivel Medio.

• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en el área.

• Residencia en la zona.

Condiciones:

• Lugar de Trabajo: Quellón - Chiloé.

• Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidades de indefinido.
